The Birmingham Electrical JATC has been training electricians since 1942 through a nationally recognized registered apprenticeship training program. The BEJATC combines classroom study and on the job training to create skilled tradesmen that have spent five years serving an apprenticeship under qualified journeyman electricians.

While in the program you will be supplied a full time job with competitive wages. You will have full family medical insurance with dental, prescription and vision for free. You will also have 3 retirement programs, and receive 53 college credits all at no cost to you.

Social Creative Designer

The Social Creative Designer will work to conceptualize and design social creative elements ranging from display ads, animated graphics, to video. The designer must have experience designing advertising elements for both social media platforms and more standard display channels. Additional work to build out creative visions for white glove accounts and RFP’s will also fall under this role. Being comfortable sharing a creative vision with clients in meetings and sales pitches will be expected in this role.

What you will do:

Duties and Responsibilities, work schedules and/or location may change based on evolving business needs.

Work directly with customers, both in person and remotely, to fully understand their needs and objectives.
Create digital design solutions that meet clients’ needs and objectives.
Work collaboratively to design and present RFP’s.
Present polished creative solutions to clients and sales people and promote their value in meeting the stated goals.
Coordinate with sales people and ad ops to develop creative timeline and deliverables to support the success of the overall campaign.
Maintain strict adherence to established deadlines and turn around times.
Cultivate and maintain collaborative, productive relationships withdesign colleagues, local media group staff and advertising clients.

Position may be based in any of our three markets- Mobile, Birmingham or Huntsville.

What you will do:

Own and efficiently handle full execution of digital campaigns for dedicated products.

Provide full, hands-on campaign execution in collaboration with sales, creative and marketing colleagues

Monitor campaign delivery and pacing by proactively ensuring campaigns are complete, on track for delivery and performed to set standards and benchmarks.

Assist (upon request from sales) to participate in potential client calls requiring more technical and strategic insight to help progress a revenue deal or maintain 85% retention levels.

Provide post-sale campaign executions, with support of sales strategy as needed.

Build and provide monthly performance insights based on data trend analysis into Performance Reporting Dashboards, with clear data showing accurate reporting metrics.
